I am a former powerlifter and natural bodybuilder with over 40 years of experience in the strength industry. I have been a fitness center owner, teacher, and international speaker. I am currently a Certified Master Instructor for the StrongFirst school, for which I teach certification courses worldwide. I also collaborate with Flexible Steel, Original Strength, Sustainable Bodybuilding, and Fitness X, developing and teaching advanced training techniques. I am also an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Padua.
